How to open a support ticket

If you need help with any part of the Dersalis platform, you can open a ticket quickly and easily. Below is a step-by-step guide to contact our support team.


1. Access the help menu

Click the question mark icon in the bottom right corner of the Help Center. This will open the Dersalis support window.
You can access the Help Center at: www.help.dersalis.com


2. Select “Create support ticket”

On the Home tab, choose Support Ticket.
If you only want to send feedback, select Suggestion Ticket.


3. Fill out the form fields

Provide the requested information:

  • Email: enter a valid email address to receive ticket updates.

  • Title: a brief summary of the issue.

  • Description: provide detailed information.

  • Platform: let us know if the issue is with the app, SafetyBoard, or another system.


4. Track your tickets in the “Tickets” tab

After submitting, your ticket will appear in the Tickets tab.
There, you can track the status and view your conversation history.
