Getting Started: Accessing and Configuring the Platform

Creating your access credentials

When a manager's corporate email is registered on the platform, they are automatically authorized to create their credentials through the Microsoft Entra ID system, which securely manages all access to the product.

  1. Go to www.dersalis.app and click Sign up now on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered corporate email and click Send verification code.
  3. Check your email, copy the verification code you received, and enter it in the Verification code field.
  4. Create your password, enter your first and last name, and click Create.

After that, your credentials will be registered and you'll be able to access the platform.

Tip: on your first access, complete your profile with a mobile phone number. That way, you'll receive notifications via SMS or WhatsApp if you want.

Adding other managers

For other managers to access the platform or receive incident notifications:

  1. In the top menu, click Manage and then select Managers in the left side menu.
  2. Click Add new.
  3. Fill in the manager's first and last name, enter their corporate email and phone number with area code and country code.
  4. Click Save changes.

If needed, you can edit or delete a manager at any time.

Grouping employees into teams

You can group employees into teams to make management easier and automatically include them in monitoring setups.

  1. Go to Manage > Teams.
  2. To create a new team, click Add new.
  3. To edit an existing team, click the three dots (...) next to the team and select Edit.
  4. Give the team a name and, if you'd like, add a description.
  5. Under Add employee, select the employees who will be part of the team.
  6. Click Save changes.

If an employee is added to or removed from the team, the change will be directly reflected in monitoring.

How to add an access key?

Access keys link equipment to the platform and allow it to function correctly within the Safety board system.

  1. Go to Manage > Access Keys.
  2. Click Add new +.
  3. Enter the key code, press Enter, and select the associated monitoring setups.
  4. Click Save changes.

At least one monitoring setup must already be created for this step to work correctly.

Once created, the key can be activated or deactivated and will be used to link devices to the dashboard. The company must provide this key to enable use in the mobile app.

You can also:

  • Change the key's description to make it easier to identify.
  • Modify the scope, linking it to other monitoring setups.
  • Schedule a Shift notice, defining a time window for data collection.

Example: If set from 5 PM to 7 PM, the sensor will not send data to the platform outside that window.
