Operational Summary

The Operational Summary module lets you track device connectivity status and shift progress in real time. Each monitoring setup has its own summary panel, displaying the most relevant information for field management.

1. Communication and Device Distribution​

You can view the number of active and linked Apps and SafetyBoards, as well as the number of online, recent, or offline employees.

The system also indicates the time since the last data communication with monitored devices.

2. Employee Map​

The map view shows the last recorded location of online or recent employees. Offline employees do not appear on the map.

3. Employee List​

The list shows all employees related to the monitoring setup with the following information:

  • Shift status: active or paused
  • Shift start time
  • Time since the last shift ended (if offline)
  • Shift duration and time without data collection
  • Additional indicators such as pauses or disconnections

4. Status Classifications​

The system classifies employees based on data collection:

  • Online: Continuous data sending.
  • Recent: Sent data in the last 20 minutes.
  • Offline: More than 2 hours without sending data.

5. Additional Indicators​

  • Low battery and shift-start warnings (when applicable).
  • Button to expand/collapse more information per employee.

6. Important Calculations​

Total Shift Time​

This is the sum of shifts with disconnections shorter than 4 hours.

Example:

  • Shift A: 6:20 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Shift B: 2:30 PM - 3:10 PM
  • Shift C: 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM

The total shift time will be the sum of shifts B and C.

Other Indicators​

  • Current pause duration: Time between the start of the last pause and data upload.
  • Last shift end time: Record of the last valid reading.
  • Pause time: Sum of pauses during the current shift.
  • Time without data collection: Periods of communication failure with the device.
