Using the Dashboard on the Dersalis Platform

Learn how to configure and use custom dashboards to view monitoring, event, and incident data

The Dashboards module allows the creation of interactive panels to monitor key indicators in real time. In this article, we explain how to access, configure, and use dashboards efficiently.


1. Accessing the Dashboard

To access the dashboard, go to the top menu of the platform and click on "Dashboards".


2. Creating or Selecting a Dashboard

You can create a new dashboard by clicking “+ New Dashboard” or select an existing one from the dropdown list.


3. Dashboard Settings

Description and Creator

Use the description field to identify the purpose of the dashboard. The system also displays the name of the creator.

Employee Selection

Filter the data displayed by employee registration number.

Monitorings

Choose which monitorings you want to display on the panel.


Risk Scenarios

Select specific risk types to monitor, such as drowsiness or lack of attention.

Update Rate

Define how often the dashboard data will be refreshed automatically.


Date Range

Set the date interval for the data you want to analyze.


4. Adding Widgets

Widgets are graphical blocks that represent filtered data. Click “Add widgets” to choose which charts to include.


Note: If you add all available widgets, the system will show the message “No widget found”.


5. Graph Visualization

Dashboards can display the following types of charts:

  • Events by Employees (horizontal bars)

  • Number of Events by Monitorings (vertical bars)

  • Number of Incidents by Managers (vertical bars)

  • Event Handling (pie chart)
