Updated over 5 months ago

This guide covers the essential steps to use the i.safe Mobile IS-SW1.1 smartwatch integrated with the Dersalis Platform. Follow the instructions below to ensure proper operation of the field monitoring system.

1. Setting up internet access

The IS-SW1.1 requires an active Wi-Fi connection to transmit collected data.

Step by step:

  1. Press the physical button on the upper-right corner to open the menu.

  2. Swipe up to “Settings” and open “WiFi”.

  3. If Wi-Fi is disabled, enable it.

  4. Select the desired network and enter the password.

2. Opening the Dersalis app

  1. Press the physical button to open the menu.

  2. Swipe up until you find the Dersalis app and tap to open.

3. Linking the device to your company

  1. On the first app launch, enter the Access Token provided by your company.

  2. Type the 6 digits and wait for authentication.

The device will be automatically registered to the company account.

Important: the default language is English. After linking the token, the language configured by your company will be applied automatically.

4. Starting a shift

  1. The app dashboard shows whether there is an authorized shift window. Without an active window, you cannot start.

  2. To start: swipe right and tap Start shift.

  3. Enter your employee ID registered in the system.

Once validated, the shift starts automatically.

Note: if your shift requires time confirmation, confirm it before starting.

5. Incident alerts

  • If no incidents are detected, the screen displays “All good”.

  • When an incident is detected, an alert shows the type and intensity; if it worsens, the alert updates.

  • After a few seconds, the alert disappears and the main screen shows a mitigation countdown until the operator is out of risk.

6. Ending or pausing a shift

  • Swipe left to access shift controls.

  • Press and hold the button to execute End or Pause.

  • The screen will display the total shift duration.

7. Sensor data

  • Heart rate

  • Movement intensity

  • Other relevant biometric data

Important: always use an unrestricted Wi-Fi connection to communicate with the server. Otherwise, data may not be transmitted correctly to the platform.
