Updated over 3 months ago

Creating your login credentials

When a manager’s corporate email is registered on the platform, they’re automatically authorized to create their credentials using Microsoft Entra ID, which securely manages access to the product.

  1. Go to www.dersalis.app and click Sign up now on the login screen.

  2. Enter the registered corporate email and click Send verification code.

  3. Check your inbox, copy the verification code, and paste it into the Verification code field.

  4. Create your password, fill in your name and surname, then click Create.

After completing this process, your login will be active, and you can access the platform.

Tip: On your first login, complete your profile with a mobile number to enable SMS or WhatsApp notifications.

Adding other managers

To allow other managers to access the platform or receive incident notifications:

  1. In the top menu, click Manage, then select Managers on the left sidebar.

  2. Click Add new.

  3. Fill in the manager's name, corporate email, and phone number (with country and area code).

  4. Click Save changes.

You can edit or delete a manager at any time.

Grouping employees into teams

You can group employees into teams to simplify management and automatically link them to monitoring activities.

  1. Go to Manage > Teams.

  2. Click Add new to create a team.

  3. To edit an existing team, click the three dots (...) and select Edit.

  4. Name the team and optionally add a description.

  5. Under Add employee, select which employees belong to the team.

  6. Click Save changes.

If an employee is added or removed, this change is reflected directly in the monitoring setup.

How to add an access key?

Access keys link devices to the monitoring system and are required for the Safety board to work properly.

  1. Go to Manage > Access Keys.

  2. Click Add new +.

  3. Enter the key code, press Enter, and select the monitoring routines it should follow.

  4. Click Save changes.

⚠️ At least one monitoring routine must exist for this step to work correctly.

Once created, the key can be activated or deactivated and must be provided to the team using the Dersalis app.

You can also:

  • Edit the key description for easier identification.

  • Change its monitoring scope.

  • Set a usage window, restricting the time period in which the device can send data to the platform.

Example: If configured from 5 PM to 7 PM, no data will be transmitted outside this window.
