Access Permissions on the Platform

Control platform access based on each manager's role

The Dersalis platform allows you to assign different access levels to each team member, ensuring that each manager only has visibility and control over relevant areas.


Available Access Levels

Each manager can be assigned one of the following profiles:

  • Operations

  • Safety

  • Health

  • Administrator

Each profile has its own specific permissions. For example, only the Administrator profile can change the permissions of other users.


How to change a manager’s access level

⚠️ Only Administrators can perform this action.

  1. Access the Dersalis web platform.

  2. In the sidebar, click on Manage.

  3. Select the Managers tab.

  4. Find the team member and click the three dots (•••).

  5. Select Edit.

  6. Scroll to the Permissions section.

  7. Choose one of the access profiles:

    • Operations

    • Safety

    • Health

    • Administrator

  8. Click Save.


What can each level access?

Below is a summary of what each profile can do.
"Manage" means create, edit, and delete entries in that area.

Focused on daily operational tasks:

  • Manage collaborators

  • Manage teams

  • Manage broadcast groups


🛡️ Safety

Focused on user access and safety control:

  • Manage collaborators

  • Manage teams

  • Manage broadcast groups

  • Manage managers

  • Manage access keys

  • View manager permissions

  • Access Analyze module


🏥 Health

Focused on monitoring the health of employees:

  • Add and edit risk scenarios

  • Manage physiological monitoring

  • Access Analyze module


🧩 Administrator

Full access to the platform:

  • Create, edit, and delete any information

  • Manage all areas

  • Change other managers' permissions
