Operational Summary

Understand what the Operational Summary shows about your monitoring

Updated over 7 months ago

The Operational Summary module allows you to monitor device connectivity status and the progress of work shifts in real time. Each monitoring session has its own summary panel, displaying the most relevant information for field management.

1. Device Communication and Distribution
You can view the number of active and linked Apps and SafetyBoards, as well as the number of online, recent, or offline workers.
The system also shows the time of the last data communication with the monitored devices.

Resumo Operacional

2. Worker Map
The map view shows the last recorded location of online or recent workers.
Offline workers are not displayed on the map.

3. Worker List
The list displays all workers linked to the monitoring with the following information:

  • Shift status: active or paused

  • Shift start time

  • Time since the end of the last shift (if offline)

  • Shift duration and time without data collection

  • Additional indicators like pauses or disconnections

    Classificações

4. Status Classifications
The system classifies workers based on data collection:

  • Online: continuously sending data

  • Recent: sent data within the last 20 minutes

  • Offline: more than 2 hours without sending data

5. Additional Indicators

  • Low battery and shift start alerts (when applicable)

  • Button to expand/collapse more info per worker

6. Important Calculations
Total Shift Time
Sum of shift durations with disconnections shorter than 4 hours.
Example:
Shift A: 06:20 - 10:00
Shift B: 14:30 - 15:10
Shift C: 15:30 - 18:00
→ The total shift time will be the sum of shifts B and C.

Other Indicators

  • Current pause duration: Time since the last pause started and the next data upload

  • Last shift end time: Timestamp of the last valid reading

  • Pause time: Sum of all pauses during the current shift

  • Time without data collection: Periods when communication with the device failed
